Set up the event your way

Start from WKF-style or Club rules and change anything: how ages are counted, grade bands, weight splits, match length for each age group, win by 8 or 6 points, and what each category size gets, from a single final to round robin, repechage or pools. Save the setup and start next year's event the same way.

Open your entries spreadsheet or online-entry export. Hajime reads names, clubs, dates of birth, grades and weights, and flags anything that needs a check.

Suggest categories makes fair groups from your entries and shows which ones to check. Draws follow a WKF-style ladder for each category size, from best of three up to full brackets.

The night before

A schedule with no clashes

Make schedule spreads categories across your tatami and warns you when an athlete would be on two mats at once. Fix clashes moves the categories apart.
